About Our Platform

Ethical Tickets is a ticketing platform that connects event organizers with ticket buyers while promoting ethical events and supporting mental health charities.

User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Use the platform honestly and in good faith
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Ticket Purchasing

Payments: All payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing tickets, you accept Stripe's terms alongside ours.

Disputes: Event-related disputes should be addressed directly with the event organizer.

Refunds: Refund details are outlined in our separate Refund Policy.

Ticket Selling (Organizers)

Event organizers agree to:

  • Price tickets fairly and legally
  • Comply with all local and national laws
  • Provide accurate event information
  • Manage refunds according to their stated policy

Payouts: Stripe processes payouts with automatic fee deductions. See our fee structure below.

Fee Structure

  • Ethical Tickets Platform Fee: 5% on each ticket sold
  • Stripe Processing Fee (UK/EU): 1.4% + 20p per transaction
  • Stripe Processing Fee (Non-UK/EU): 2.9% + 20p per transaction

Content & Intellectual Property

All Ethical Tickets platform content is protected. User-uploaded content grants Ethical Tickets the right to use and promote it on our platforms.

Limitation of Liability

Ethical Tickets:

  • Does not manage or control individual events
  • Is not responsible for event cancellations or changes
  • Is not liable for damages arising from platform use
  • Acts as a ticketing intermediary only

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
